EUROPA-CENTER Wing’s open and welcoming character is defined by the finely balanced interplay between the building and its surroundings, architecture and nature, and its interior and exterior spaces. A spacious and shaded courtyard with its landscaped canopy, green open space with trees, plants and seating, together with a public café, give the place its vibrancy and character. There are three stylish entrance foyers creating attractive additional spaces for relaxation and spontaneous exchange.

Convenient EV charging stations enable efficient charging of electric vehicles directly at the building, thereby supporting sustainable mobility.

Energy-efficient heating and cooling via predictive control that takes weather forecasts into consideration

Hybrid ceiling panels – four functions in one: heating, cooling, acoustic optimization, and integrated air supply and extraction. They improve room acoustics through effective noise reduction and also serve as supply and exhaust air vents for ventilation.

Acoustic ceiling panels provide noticeable sound reduction in rooms with in acoustically challenging environments.

Digital signage ensures quick orientation within the building and within the building and across the site.

Mechanical ventilation with nearly 100% fresh air (with additional openable windows in every bay).

Improved sound insulation on all upper floors thanks to a soundproof pane installed in front of the windows, creating a comfortable and productive work environment.

Sustainable, Healthy, Gold-Certified

The WING has already been awarded a DGNB Gold preliminary certification. DGNB is Germany’s best-known sustainability certification for real estate. This gives future tenants the certainty of occupying offices in an ecologically high-performance building. The criteria of the DGNB certification system for a project include both environmental performance and user comfort.

KfW-55 standards: WING is being developed in accordance with KfW-55 standards
Cradle-to-cradle concept in terms of the interior fit-out of rental space and façade construction using materials and techniques based on their recyclability
Sustainable energy concept: By using air-to-water heat pumps powered by green electricity, nearly 100% of the building’s heating and cooling is generated from renewable energy sources
